Congratulations to Dr Yong See Yen and the Paediatric Ophthalmology Team for winning the 2nd prize in the poster competition for World Patient Safety Day 2025. Their submitted poster entitled 'Combating Myopia; Is Your Child Near-Sighted?' aims to increase myopia awareness in our local community.
At the same event, Dr Irina also delivered an insightful talk on Non-Accidental Injury (NAI) in children, explaining how the eyes can exhibit signs of hidden trauma in our little ones. Well done to all.
